The three-day compliance analysis
focuses on the review and assessment of the organization's compliance
with specific accreditation standards. This compliance process
includes a full review of all materials and activities to be assessed
during your survey. Additionally, internal interviews are conducted to
fully simulate the survey process. The deliverable is a detailed
compliance analysis, identifying all compliance issues and upgrade
recommendations. Priority work actions are recommended and put into a
calendar format. A listing of all previous client accreditation survey
questions is also provided.

The two-day compliance analysis
fully reviews and assesses the organization's compliance with HIPAA
requirements. This compliance process includes a full review of all
materials and activities necessary to HIPAA compliance including
administrative functions, policies/procedure, physical and systems
security, risk analysis, contracts, notices, authorizations, position
descriptions and employee education.

consultation services includes working with your organization in the

organization in the implementation of the results of the organization's

staff and education/training is also provided.

planning process is customized to meet the needs of our clients. Within the
strategic planning process, Brown Consulting, Ltd. assists its clients
in identifying, planning, developing, implementing and monitoring strategic
initiatives for future and continued success. The Initial Phase of the
process includes a full review of the industry trends (national, state and
local), organizational and operational analysis which includes evaluation of
programs, product line, promotional/marketing and revenue sources to
organizations to guide their strategic decision-making processes. A market
and competitive analysis is also completed. Additionally, strategic planning
groups with various levels of the organization, including Board Members,
Executive Leadership, Management and Staff are conducted. The length of the
strategic planning process can be customized but typically lasts from three
to six months. The strategic planning process can be a highly interactive
approach with all levels of the organization.

practice. Key elements include: Clinical Records Review, Clinical

Processes and Regulatory Requirements. The completed analysis
upgrade identifies specific strategies to improve client practice
and client outcomes.

a subjective decision-making process, Brown Consulting, Ltd.
will determine the feasibility and requirements for New Program

financial. The Feasibility Analysis characterizes level of support
and provides specific program planning recommendations including
budget. The full analysis addresses market, operations,
organization, budget and planning needs to implement the new
