Biographical Information

Mr. Daniel Brown, President
Since 1978, Daniel Brown has worked professionally in the field of behavioral services, including administrative positions with two of the premier hospital-based behavioral services programs in Northwest Ohio. Since 1987, Mr. Brown has provided a range of consultative services for hundreds of organizations (private/ public) throughout Ohio and on a national level. Projects have been conducted both as a Senior Executive and Consultant for Fairlane Health Services, Birmingham, Michigan, and as President of Brown Consulting, Ltd. Mr. Brown is a past Trustee of the Ohio Alcohol Counselor's Credentialing Board (Governor's Appointment) and past President of the Ohio Chapter of National Association of Addiction Treatment Programs. Mr. Brown speaks from practical experience as a consultant and an advisor. Mr. Brown shares his insights and experiences to assist organizations towards transforming their organization towards optimal performance. Mr. Brown holds an Associate's Degree in Law Enforcement, a Bachelor of Science Degree (Criminal Justice) and a Master's Degree in Education. Additionally, Mr. Brown has been a featured seminar leader, facilitator, and instructed college level courses.

Ms. Rhonda Willhight, Director
Ms. Willhight assumes primary responsibility for all Brown Consulting contracts and services. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Toledo in English/Speech Communications in 1994. Prior to coming to Brown Consulting, Ltd. (2005), Ms. Willhight held management positions in private, public and non-profit sectors with over 15 years experience as an administrator and has sat on several Boards of non-profit organizations. Ms. Willhight has over seven years of Behavioral Services experience with an array of special projects, analysis, human resource and marketing experience.

Mr. David Galbraith, CFO
Since 1991, Mr. Galbraith has been the Chief Financial Officer of Brown Consulting, Ltd. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from Indiana University. Mr. Galbraith has nine years' experience as a Fiscal Director in the management and supervision of Finance Departments, four years experience in conducting internal audits in for-profit settings, and (inactive) CPA certification in Ohio/Pennsylvania. Additionally, Mr. Galbraith has provided a range of consultative services.

Mr. Ross Calvin, VP of Consulting
Mr. Calvin earned his Bachelor's ('78), Master's in Education ('80) and Educational Specialist ('81) degrees from Kent State University in Counseling Psychology. He has been independently licensed as a Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisory Endorsement (PCC-S) in the State of Ohio since 1992. He has over 30 years of clinical and behavioral healthcare senior management experience administrating all aspects of mental health and chemical dependency outpatient, residential, forensic, and other behavioral healthcare organizations and programs.

Ms. Kathleen Greely, Marketing Representative
Kathleen Greely has contributed to the start-up, growth and development of many private and public service organizations over the past 20 years. She has held positions in non-profit fundraising, health and human service environments, and held positions of leadership in the marketing field as Executive Director of Marketing at Lawyers Asset Management, Inc. in Oakland, CA, Training and Development Director for the Toledo Lucas County Head Start, and School-to-Work Coordinator for the Toledo Public Schools. She devotes her talent to administrative processes associated with business and organizational development, oversight and execution of strategic media plans, marketing and business development, PR, and program management.

Ms. Erin Audette, Consultant
Erin Audette is a Consultant of Brown Consulting, Ltd. Prior to coming to Brown Consulting, Ltd. (2005), Ms. Audette held Human Resources management positions for StaffMark, Inc., Lynchburg, VA and Green Resources, Raleigh, NC with responsibilities for onsite management of client contracts and the performance of these contracts. Ms. Audette specializes in the area of CARF and Joint Commission Accreditation

Compliance (CARF/JCAHO), Corporate Compliance and organizational analysis.

Mr. Luther R. Jones, III, LICDC, Consultant
Luther Jones earned his Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Bowling Green State University in 1995. He received his undergraduate degree at Ohio State University, where he majored in Criminal Justice and Psychology in 1980. He is a certified Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor for the State of Ohio since 1989. Luther has over 15 years of clinical experience as a practicing therapist with a specialty in group and individual therapy. He has worked several years in Behavioral Healthcare Management administrating chemical dependency outpatient treatment and in the direct care mental health setting.

Mr. Gerald F. Heisinger, M.S., Consultant
Mr. Heisinger holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Master of Science Degree in Community (Clinical) Psychology from Western Illinois University, Macomb, Illinois. He also holds a Professional Certificate in Business Analysis from the George Washington University School of Business in Washington, D.C. He has over thirty (30) years of Community Mental Health experience along with over fifteen (15) years consulting, designing and implementing information systems for Behavioral Health organizations.
